Our Health Guarantee

Winding Creek Papillons give the following Health Guarantee with the puppies they sell.

 

Winding Creek Papillons guarantees this puppy to be in good health at the time of delivery.  Replacement of puppy will be made if all of the following requirements are met.

1.  The puppy is declared to be in a life threatening condition by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of purchase date, and a written report, by vet, submitted to Breeder/Seller.  


2.  If puppy dies you must have followed all advice by your veterinarian and have an autopsy performed by your state law and provide Breeder/Seller, a copy of the report.


3.  Breeder/Seller does not guarantee against hypoglycemia or injury incurred after purchase.


4.  Breeder/Seller is not responsible for any vet expenses.


5.  All puppies are sold as pets only.  No guarantee will be given as to size, quality, color, or fertility.


6.  Breeder/Seller reserves the right to make a cash refund, if puppy of same breed and sex cannot  be replaced within 30 days.
